Air Washers

They are manufactured in galvanized steel with structural reinforcements for a heavy duty construction, and can be attached to centrifugal or axial fans, or supplied with air filters, heating or cooling coils. Air washers use Munters CELDEK® or GLASSDEK® media which gives saturation efficiencies of up to 90%, resulting in lower outlet air temperature.

These units are widely recommended for use in areas with low relative humidity in order to optimize air cooling.

Air washers sections may be attached to centrifugal or axial fans and can be furnished with air filters. They can be supplied with submerged or external water pumps as well as water level switch for pump protection.

These units can be installed inside the air handler and then integrated with sections of filtration, heating by steam coils, sound attenuators, etc.
